Returns & Refunds for Accessories: Accessories include items like charging cables, cable bags, and similar products but exclude EV chargers and installation services.

When You Can Return an Accessory: Accessories ordered online from Verde EV Solutions & Electrical Contractors are eligible for a full refund under these conditions:

• A completed returns form for the item(s) is submitted within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
• The item(s) have not been used, damaged, or removed from the original packaging.

Unfortunately, refunds for accessories cannot be issued if the return form is completed after the 30-day period, unless the item(s) were damaged or faulty upon delivery.

How to Return an Accessory: To initiate a return, please complete our returns form available on our website or contact our customer service team.

Responsibility for Return Shipping: Verde EV Solutions & Electrical Contractors will arrange and cover the collection of the item(s) at no charge if the return is due to:

• The product being faulty.
• Damage during transit.
• Incorrect item(s) sent, or not as described.

If the return is due to personal preference or error, such as:

• Change of mind or no longer wanting the product(s).
