Returns & Refunds for Accessories: Accessories include items like charging cables, cable bags, and similar products but exclude EV chargers and installation services.
When You Can Return an Accessory: Accessories ordered online from Verde EV Solutions are eligible for a full refund under these conditions:
- A completed returns form for the item(s) is submitted within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
- The item(s) have not been used, damaged, or removed from the original packaging.
Unfortunately, refunds for accessories cannot be issued if the return form is completed after the 30-day period, unless the item(s) were damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Responsibility for Return Shipping: Verde EV Solutions will arrange and cover the collection of the item(s) at no charge if the return is due to:
- The product being faulty.
- Damage during transit.
- Incorrect item(s) sent, or not as described.
If the return is due to personal preference or error, such as:
- Change of mind or no longer wanting the product(s).
- Mistakenly ordering the wrong product(s). The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipment back to Verde EV Solutions.
